Philips BT3222 | My Short Review
Philips BT3222 is a simple trimmer for stubble and short beard. Read my full review here.

Below I give my honest review of the Philips BT3222 beard trimmer. I say only my own opinions, my review is not sponsored (I have bought the trimmer for my own money).
I hope the information below will help you decide if this trimmer is a good option for you or not.

What I like in the Philips BT3222 beard trimmer is the simplicity.
You get the trimmer, 1 adjustable guard and a charging cord.
Philips BT3222 | Ergonomy

The handle is made of plastic. Only the setting dial / wheel is covered with some sort of rubber.

As all Philips beard trimmers, this model also fits nicely in hand.
The noise and vibration levels are ok for me, no problem here.

Philips BT3222 is not waterproof, you can rinse under the tap only the adjustable guard and the detachable blades.
Length Settings

I love the length settings in this model, really.
The dial/wheel runs so softly and gently.

It’s covered with rubber, the wheel is accessible on the front and the rear side of the trimmer, it is really convenient to turn the wheel.
I can hear and feel the clicks indicating the picked setting, so no guessing here.

In general you set your preferred length quickly, precisely and conveniently.
Philips BT3222 is a trimmer for stubble and short beard.
The maximal length is 10 mm, the lowest setting is 0,5 mm.

I can change the lengths by 0,5 mm.
I think this is enough for styling different looks.
The Blades

As for the blades, Philips BT3222 offers quite basic ones.
The good news is the moving blade is covered with titanium (that’s they’re yellowish).

The titanium is approximately 3x harder than regular stainless steel used in trimmers’ blades.
This means the blades should stay sharp longer.

The blades are mounted into a plastic head, which is very common in cheaper beard trimmers.

The blades are self-sharpening and the manufacturer claims they do not require oiling.
